1. Hop onto Murgs.co.uk and navigate to the Return/Exchange portal in the main menu.

2. Use your order number and postcode to start your return.

3. Fill out the returns card found inside your order so we know it's from you.

4. Package the order back up making sure to send the return to the address we gave you.

Send the parcel using a tracked service to prevent delays or lost items.

We suggest Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Signed For)

Don't forget to include the returns card inside the package.

5. Once the return arrives to us it can take 3-5 working days to process it and dispatch your replacement, or refund.
