Shipping policy

Items are dispatched the same, or next day on all orders. It's likely if ordered before 2pm your item will be dispatched the same day, but this may only apply to Priority Shipping methods. 

UK Standard Free delivery is done with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for, so may take a couple of days to arrive.

First class delivery is sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for.

Priority tracked delivery is sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, and in most cases, this is delivered next day, however this is not a guarantee. 

We at Murgs are not the courier and once the order has been dispatched, the delivery of the order is undertaken by a third party company (Royal Mail). Unfortunately we can only see the same information as yourself and the tracking link. Any problems with delivery should be undertaken with Royal Mail using the tracking number as a reference.
